A Very Full House...

Dolfe is the fourteenth child. She graduated in 1950 and was pretty much a stay-at-home mom. After marriage, she worked off and on as a Kelly "Old" Girl. In 1951, she married Bob VanAlyne who was serving in the Wyoming national Guard. He retired after 41 years in 1991. Their highlight was his 8 year tour of duty in Washington D.C. while he served at the Pentagon. Dolfe had the honor of serving as an Army Lady of Arlington, which is an organization formed to represent the Chief of Staff of the Army at funerals of veterans. They have four children; Bob, Barbara, Roger and Rodney.
